工程教育认证背景下的应用型机械类人才工程能力培养体系的构建

Building of engineering ability system about applied mechanical talents under background of engineering education certification

随着高等工程教育改革和社会发展,工程教育认证已经在我国高等工程专业实施,其核心理念是以产出为导向,以学生为中心设计实施教学活动,是高等教育工程观的重要转变。分析了应用型高校机械类人才的工程能力内涵,提出人才培养目标设置应结合区域经济发展需求、行业发展现状和学校定位,按照工程专业认证标准,构建了以技术实施型人才为培养目标的工程技术体系和"回归工程实践"的课程建设思路,培养学生的工程实践能力。

Engineering education accreditation has been implemented in the advanced engineering specialized subject with the reform of advanced engineering education and the development of society.The most important changes in higher education project concept are to implement teaching activities following the a ccreditation＇s core concepts of output-oriented and student-centered.The engineering capabilities＇ connotations have been analyzed about mechanical talents in the application-oriented colleges or universities.The views on setting training objectives are put forward to combine with regional economic development needs,industry development status and school orientation.According to accreditation standards,the engineering system has been built,which adopts the course construction of regression engineering practice in order to train engineering practical ability for technical implementation personnel.
