摘要 磁学性能测试系统的样品信号越微弱,越易受各种因素影响而导致测量结果不准确、误差大。测试时的振幅、样品位置都会对数据和误差有影响。样品尺寸小于标准样品时,振幅对测量结果的影响增大;样品沿轴向、径向偏离中心位置时对测量结果的影响也会增大。这些容易被忽略的误差对于磁性精细测量非常重要。该文系统阐述了SQUID-VSM在测量中误差的影响因素,提出需要注意的关键问题以及如何减小误差、得到可靠结果的方法。 The magnetic properties measurement system(SQUID-VSM,Quantum Design Company)with high sensitivity can measure the performance of weak magnetic materials.The signal of samples is weaker,the results are more easily affected by various factors,which will lead to inaccurate results and large error.The vibrating amplitude and the position of the samples on sample holders will have influence on the results.When the sample size is smaller than that of the standard sample,the influence will increase.These easily overlooked error is very important for the magnetic measurements.This paper explains the influence factors of the measurement error in SQUID-VSM,and proposes the key problems which need to be paid more attention.The ways of how to reduce errors to get reliable results will be given.
