摘要
为全面、高效研究激光烧蚀液态工质的推进性能,将微冲量测量装置、阴影流场显示装置及激光加载装置进行集成设计,使用精确的时序进行统一控制,搭建了激光烧蚀液态工质实验平台,并选择聚叠氮缩水甘油醚(GAP)、凝胶单元液体推进剂-3(单推-3)和甘油作为研究对象,对该平台进行了测试。结果显示,该平台可同步完成液态工质烧蚀冲量测量和喷射流场阴影测量,可多角度评估液体烧蚀性能,且具有测量重复性好、拓展性强、实验效率高的优点。
An experiment platform is built in order to make a thorough study on the propulsion performance of liquid.This is achieved by integration of micro-impulse measurement and flow visualization measurement.A precise time sequence is used to control the whole system.Glycidyl azide polymer,gelled DT-3and glycerin are chosen as experimental objects,and tests are conducted with the designed platform.The result shows that the established platform can achieve simultaneous measurement of impulse and shadows,and has the advantages of high efficiency,good measurement repeatability and excellent extensive malleability.The platform can evaluate the ablation properties of liquid form several aspects.
