以卓越工程师为目标驱动人才培养方式的改革

根据教育部开展的卓越工程师教育培养计划,北京邮电大学电子工程学院开展培养电子信息类卓越工程师计划的改革和探索,进行了"以社会需求为导向,以实际工程为背景,以工程技术为主线,着力提高学生的工程意识、工程素质和工程实践能力"的一系列改革实践。通过3年多的实践表明,该项改革措施不仅丰富完善了具有通信专业特色的实验内容,也使得学生的工程素质和工程实践能力有了较大的提高。

According to the National Ministry of Education to cultivate the outstanding engineers plan,School of Electronic Engineering of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications has carried out the reform and exploration for training outstanding engineers of electronic information engineering.A series of policies and practices are formulated and carried out,such as＂With social demand as the guide,with the actual project as the background,with engineering technology as the main line,and with taking great pains to improve the students＇ engineering consciousness,engineering quality and engineering practice ability.＂The innovation and practice not only perfect the experiment content with communication background but also improve the students＇ engineering quality and practice ability.
