财经类高校的创业模拟仿真实训体系探索

Exploration of entrepreneurial education simulation training system for universities of finance and economics

针对国内财经类高校大学生创业教育面临的问题,提出在高校本科人才培养的框架下构建创业仿真实训体系,补充和完善人才培养的实践教学环节。实训体系以实战—模拟—实战为主线,融合创业模拟仿真训练和实战训练,以加强对学生的创业教育,提高学生的创新和创业素质。

Aiming at resolving the problem of entrepreneurial education on universities of finance and economics,under the frame of the cultivation scheme for universities,the entrepreneurial simulation training system is structured.The entrepreneurial simulation training system supplements and perfects the cultivation scheme.According to the training system of actual combat→simulation→actual combat as the main line,it is the integration of business simulation training and actual combat training.It enhances the students＇ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,and strengthens entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities.
