临床生化综合性实验——肥胖大鼠血糖血脂的检测 被引量:2

摘要 针对二年级的医学生,结合与物质代谢相关的临床疾病——肥胖及糖尿病,将原有临床生化实验重新调整,设计成一组综合性实验,通过构建营养型肥胖大鼠模型,使学生通过实验观察正常和肥胖大鼠血糖水平、血浆脂蛋白成分的变化,以及2组大鼠对胰岛素的敏感性。结合理论课糖类和脂类代谢的内容,激发学生对于疾病的思考,更好地理解代谢异常所导致疾病的发病机制,为将来的临床应用打下基础。 For Grad 2 medical students,this paper puts forward to redesign the original experiment and develop a relatively integral clinical biochemistry experiment.During experimental period,the students observe obesity resulted from high fat diet,abnormal insulin tolerance and lipoprotein content change in obese rat.The students are not only exposed to techniques and equipment but also inspired to think more about disease.Associated with lecture topics about metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids,the students get a better understanding about relevance of carbohydrates and lipid metabolism to related disease.It can lay aprofound foundation for medical student's clinical application.
