实习支教生思想及行为规范培育探析

On Cultivation of Behavior of College Students in Teaching Practice

实习支教是我校师范生从学校走向社会的一个重要过程,是实现学生深入基层、了解区情、认识社会的重要途径。我校严格对实习支教学生进行科学有效的思想教育和管理,使实习支教学生在社会主义价值观的引导下,使学生的观念更加符合当前思想政治教育的要求,以期实现支教活动四成效:实现支教学生个人素质的全面提升、促进实习地学校的教育水平的提高、在新疆地区营造重视教育的良好氛围、赢得学校及社会公众的多方认可。

The teaching practice is an important process for normal college students. Urumqi Vocational University （UVU） implements a strict and scientific management on the students in teaching practice in their ideological education and behavior cultivation so as to make the students meet the practicing requirement. The teaching practice has achieved four kinds of result： the improvement of students＇ personal ability, promoting the educational level of local schools, constructing a good educational atmosphere in the practicing counties or prefectures, and winning the recognition from the practicing schools and the local communities.
