Ethnic minority students come from different cultural background and have their own specific customs and cultures, which forms a challenge to the management work in colleges for the management personnel. The paper holds that a good management work will be a better help to arouse these students＇ enthusiasm to manage themselves and make an achievement in their own self-management. To reach this goal, the management personnel in colleges are required to go to the ethnic minority students to get to know them better and think out of ways to do the work well.
