机会-资源一体化能力的衍生机理——基于亚泰集团的案例研究

Derivative Mechanism of the Integrated Capabilities of Opportunities and Resources:A Case Study of Yatai Group

机会-资源一体化能力是一个新概念,其提出的目的在于从机会和资源整合层面系统地探究企业创业行为的本质特征。同时,以能力视角作为研究的切入点更加符合机会-资源一体化的动态性本质,有助于揭示企业新价值创造的机理过程。为了实现上述目的,本文首先在理论层面界定了机会-资源一体化的内涵及其度量体系;其次,系统梳理了动态能力的理论体系,同时将其与机会-资源一体化进行融合,从而明确机会-资源一体化能力的研究逻辑;最后,本文以案例分析作为主要研究方法,通过探索亚泰集团不同生命周期阶段的关键事件来总结机会与资源之间的一体化过程,进而从核心能力生成、核心能力驱动以及新的生命周期三个阶段揭示出机会-资源一体化能力的衍生路径,最终构建了机会-资源一体化能力的衍生机理模型。

The integrated capabilities of opportunities and resources is a new concept, which was proposed for the purpose of exploring systematically the essence of corporate entrepreneurship from the perspective of the integration of opportunities and resources. At the same time, the perspective of capabilities is more in line with the dynamic nature of the integration of opportunities and resources,and will help to reveal the mechanism of the enterprise new value creation process. In order to achieve the above purpose, this paper first defines the connotation of integration of opportunities and resources from theoretical aspects; secondly, it combs the theory of dynamic capabilities system, and fuses it with the integration of opportunities and resources, revealing the logic of the research; finally, this paper chooses case analysis as the main research method, and through exploring the key events of Yatai Group in different life cycle stages, it summarizes the integration process of opportunities and resources, reveals the derivation path of integrated capabilities of opportunities and resources from the three stages of ＂core capabilities generating, driven by the core capabilities, and a new life cycle＂, and eventually builds the derivative mechanism model of the integrated capabilities of opportunities and resources.
