The Effect Mechanism of Dynamic Knowledge Management on Enterprise Innovation Capabilities:A Case Study on Xiaomi Technology

本文在回顾动态知识管理和创新能力理论的基础上,提出了研究的框架,并采用单案例研究方法,以小米科技为研究对象,构建了动态知识管理的内容体系和具体过程,探索动态知识管理对企业创新能力的影响机制。研究发现,知识获取、转化和应用三个核心环节分别对创新理念形成、创新机会识别、创新方案创造和创新方案实施四个创新过程产生了不同影响。

This study proposes a research framework based on the review of the theories of dynamic knowledge management and innovation capabilities. It then builds the content system and the concrete process of dynamic knowledge management by a single case study of Xiaomi Technology, and explores the effect mechanism of dynamic knowledge management on elevating enterprise innovation capabilities. It finds that the three core links of knowledge acquisition, conversion and application respectively affect the four sub-processes of innovation capabilities, namely, the formation of innovative ideas, recognition of innovation opportunities, creation of innovation solutions and implementation of innovation solutions.
