儿科出院保健中应用护理延伸服务的临床效果观察

The Observation of the Clinical Effect of the Application of Extending Nursing Service in Pediatric Care in the Hospital

目的:进一步探讨临床有效提升儿科护理工作整体质量,改善患儿临床预后的可靠干预措施和方法。方法:本次研究选取2013年12月-2014年10月笔者所在科治疗的儿科患儿88例,随机分为护理延伸服务组和常规护理干预组。常规护理干预组给予常规护理干预,护理延伸服务组在常规护理干预基础上采用护理延伸服务。对两组临床资料进行比较。结果:(1)患儿家属健康知识掌握优良率水平组间比较,护理延伸服务组显著高于常规护理干预组,差异有统计学意义(字2=4.7679,P=0.0290);(2)总满意度组间比较,护理延伸服务组患儿家属的总满意度显著高于常规护理干预组,差异有统计学意义(字2=6.0647,P=0.0138)。结论:在儿科患儿出院保健的实践过程中,采用护理延伸服务可以显著提升患儿家属对于健康知识的掌握情况和临床护理满意度,有助于患儿出院的早日康复。

Objective： To further explore the interventions and approaches for clinical effective overall quality of pediatric care to improve the reliability of children with clinical prognosis.Method： 88 pediatric patients in our hospital for treatment from December 2013 to October 2014 were chosen.They were randomly divided into the extended care service group and the usual care intervention group.The usual care intervention group was taken the usual care intervention, the extended care service group was taken the extended care service on the basis of usual care intervention.The clinical experiences were compared.Result： （1）The health knowledge excellent level of the parents of children compared between the two groups, the extended care service group was significandy higher than the usual care intervention group, and the difference was significant（χ2=4.7679, P=0.0290）.（2）The total satisfaction level compared between the two groups, the level of the total satisfaction level of the extended care service group was significantly higher than the usual care intervention group, the differences was significant（χ2=6.0647, P=0.0138）.Conclusion： In the practice of pediatric patients discharged from hospital care, the use of extended care services can significantly enhance grasp the situation and satisfaction with health care of clinical knowledge for the families of children, to help children recover soon.
