他汀类药物与在新诊断糖尿病发病风险中的作用

Research progress in correlation between statins and risk of newly diagnosed diabetes

他汀类药物目前广泛应用于心血管和代谢性疾病的预防或治疗。近年临床研究提示,他汀类药物可能增加糖尿病的发病风险。但大规模临床试验显示,其使患者在减少心脑血管事件和降低总体死亡率上显著获益。本文就他汀类药物与新诊断糖尿病发病风险的相关研究进展作一综述。

Statins have been widely applied in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.Recent clinical studies have shown that statins may increase the risk of diabetes mellitus.However,the benefits of statins in reducing the morbidity of cardiovascular events and the overall mortality have been demonstrated in large-scale clinical trials.In this article we will review the research progress of the correlation between statins and the risk of newly diagnosed diabetes.
