摘要
缺血性脑血管病是临床上的常见病、多发病,是近年来医学临床基础研究的热点。脑缺血动物模型分为全脑性和局灶性两种,以局灶性脑缺血动物模型较为常用,后者的制备有开颅闭塞法、血栓法、线栓法等多种方法。其中线栓法在实验研究中应用最为广泛,自Koizumi首次制备该模型以来,医学研究人员不断对其进行改进,取得了良好的实验效果。另外,由于基因工程在技术上有着无可比拟的优势,因此可以大胆预测其将在以后的脑缺血动物模型制备方面发挥越来越重要的作用,能够更好地服务于临床实验研究。
Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is a common and frequently occurring disease. It is a recent hotspot in the field of clinical basic research. Animal model of cerebral ischemia is divided into global cerebral ischemia and focal cerebral ischemia, and the animal model focal cerebral ischemia is more commonly used. There are several methods for preparing the latter model, including occlusion method with craniotomy, thrombosis method, suture-occluded method etc. In which the suture method is the most widely used in experimental research. Since Koizumi prepared the model for the first time, medical researchers have continued to improve it and achieved good experimental results. Besides, since genetic engineering technology has unparalleled advantages, it is a bone predict that it will play an increasingly important role in the preparation of future animal models of cerebral ischemia, and it will better serve the clinical studies.
