资金要素是最具流动性的创新要素,它向创新型企业的集聚使企业可以吸引人才和技术等创新要素。文章构建了创新型企业资金要素集聚的运行机制模型,从动力机制、激励机制、市场机制、政策法规机制、合作机制和利益分配机制几个方面探讨了资金要素向企业集聚的过程中,各种机制之间的内在机理及运作规则,以及如何充分发挥资金要素聚集机制的作用,促使创新型企业资金要素集聚的发展趋向呈现出最优化的状态。

Capital element is the most liquid innovation elements, it＇s agglomeration to innovative enterprises makes enterprises can attract other innovation elements, such as talent and technology. This paper constructs the mechanism model of innovative enterprises capital element agglomeration, discusses the internal mechanisms and operation rules of a variety mechanisms in the process of capital element agglomeration to the enterprises from six aspects： dynamic mechanism, incentive mechanism, market mechanism, policy mechanism, cooperation mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism. And how to give full play to the role of the capital element aggregation mechanism to prompt the development trend of innovative enterprise capital element agglomeration presents the optimum state.
