摘要 针对目前i GPS自带光电传感器无法应用于大尺寸部件的动态位姿检测领域的问题,设计了一种阵列式光电传感器,并提出了结构参数标定方法。该传感器由传感器本体、放大器以及前端处理器三部分组成。放大器将本体上的环形阵列硅光电池组接收到的微弱激光信号转换为可用电压信号,并进行信号放大与调理;以STM32F103ZET6为主控芯片的前端处理器完成信号采集、识别、计算与传送功能。实验结果表明:在10 m×10 m测量范围内,使用该光电传感器,系统测量精度为0.5 mm,满足实际应用要求。 Aiming at problem of present i GPS photoelectric sensor which can't be used in dynamic posture detecting field of large size component,an array photoelectric sensor is designed and structural parameters calibration method is put forward. The sensor consists of three parts,which are sensor body,amplifier,and frontend processor. Weak laser signal received by circular array silicon photocell series of sensor body is transformed into usable voltage signal,which is amplified and conditioned; functions include signal collection,identification,calculation and transmission are completed by STM32F103ZET6 which is act as main control chip. Experimental results show that at measuring range of 10 m × 10 m,measurement precision of system is 0. 5 mm,the sensor satisfies the requirements of practical application.
