Three cases of benign positional paroxysmal vertigo in pregnant women

摘要 1病例报告例1,女,27岁,2014年5月8日因发作性眩晕3d就诊,每次眩晕发作持续20-30s,自诉右侧卧位时症状明显,无耳鸣、无听力下降,孕20周,初次妊娠。2年前有类似病史,均为每年5月份发作。 BPPV is the most common cause of dizziness in adults,and the symptoms,causes,behavior of adult patients are clearly defined.Pregnant woman may also suffer from BPPV.To our knowledge,there are few reports on BPPV in pregnant women.In this paper,the clinical characteristics and results of 3pregnant women with BPPV are reported.
