摘要
文章主要针对环形加热炉的加热工艺研究、如何控制进行阐述。环形加热炉可根据加热的品种和生产节奏灵活调整各段的温度。提高炉内温度均匀性、减少氧化烧损、达到保护环境的效果。
In the paper,it is mainly elaborated the study on heating process for annular furnace and how to control it.The temperatures of each section for annular furnace could be adjusted flexibly based on the heating variety and rhythm of production. As a result,the uniformity of furnace temperature could be improved and the scaling loss could be reduced to protect the environment.
