Laser Detection and Adjustment for Centerline of Mandrel Pipe Mill

MPM连轧管机轧制中心线采用激光检测。介绍了激光发射原理和利用Easy-Laser D480激光对中仪检测MPM连轧管机轧制中心线的检测步骤,对MPM连轧管机轧制中心线的校正进行了较深入的分析。通过测量数据计算球面垫修复尺寸并重新车削伺服缸球面垫,以此保证轧制中心线的精度,提高产品质量。

The rolling centerline of mandrel pipe mill（ MPM） is with the laser detection. In the paper,it is introduced the principle of laser shot and the steps for detecting rolling centerline of MPM with the Easy- Laser D480 laser shaft alignment instrument. Moreover,the adjustment for rolling centerline of MPM is further analyzed. The precision of rolling centerline could be guaranteed and the product quality could be improved through calculating the repair size of spherical gasket with the measured data and turning spherical gasket of servo cylinder again.
