摘要
文章介绍了两种不同旋转体结构的自动超声波探伤机在探伤过程中,由于旋转体结构不同产生的不同探伤影响因素,通过对影响因素的分析和研究,避免在生产中由于旋转体结构的原因造成钢管漏、误报的发生,提高产品质量。
In the paper,it is introduced the influencing factors for different flaw detections due to the different structures of revolving solid for automatic ultrasonic flaw- detecting machines with two different structures of revolving solid. The steel pipes of missing or failing to be declared caused by structure of revolving solid in productions could be avoided through analyzing and studying the influencing factors to improve the product quality.
