摘要
CTP穿孔机是热轧无缝钢管生产线中主要的轧制设备,其中传动轴与转鼓起到关键的作用。文章主要介绍了CTP穿孔机传动轴在热工具更换过程中常出现的问题,如传动轴升降位置不到位、传动轴轴向伸出行程不够、转鼓侧传动轴关节下摆存在一定的角度等,提出改进及预防措施,实践效果良好。
The CTP piercer is the main rolling equipment for production line of hot- rolling seamless pipe as well as the drive shaft and barrate play a key role. In the paper,it is mainly introduced such common problems for drive shaft of CTP piercer when change hot rolling tool as it does not go up and down in place,the stroke of axial stretch for it is not enough and there is angle under joint bearing of it on the side of barrate. Moreover,the improvement and prevention measures are proposed as well as the practice effects are good.
