Design Gathering Unit of Steel Tube

介绍了带配重钢管收集装置的优缺点,对其原理进行了分析和计算。新型收集料框的设计既能起到降低噪音的效果,又能避免钢管与料框底部碰撞、挤压,造成钢管磕伤等现象,提高了钢管的成材率,降低了成本,提高了安全性。

In the paper,it is introduced the advantages and disadvantages for gathering unit of bob- weight steel tube as well as analyzed and calculated its principles. With the design of new gathering frame,the noises could be reduced as well as the gouges of steel tube caused by crash and extrusion of steel tube and the bottom of frame could be avoided so that the yield of steel tube and safety could be improved as well as the costs could be reduced.
