Comparative Analysis of Treatment Process in Turbid Circulating Water Treatment System of Hot Rolling

介绍化学除油水处理工艺流程和稀土磁盘分离净化技术工艺流程,并针对包钢无缝厂新机组两种水处理工艺进行了经济技术比较。稀土磁盘法比化学除油方法在占地、投资、运行维护费用、环境保护方面都有较大优势。

In the paper,it is introduced the process flows of water treatment with chemical degreasing and purification and separation technology with rare earth magnetic disc as well as compared the economy and technology of the two water treatment processes for the new unit of Seamless Tube Plant of Baotou Steel. The result shows that the rare earth magnetic disc is better than chemical degreasing at the occupation of land,investment,expenses of operations,maintenance and the environmental protection.
