摘要
包钢无缝厂MEER水压机的排气头主油缸压力与钢管内部静水压力之间的关系,是利用HNC100的数字式液压轴控制器,结合NC的可编程控制来建立的。HNC100通过对水压机增压缸比例阀和排气头主油缸伺服阀的协调同步控制,保证了系统施加在排气头主油缸的油压跟随钢管内的水压按一定比例关系变化,实现水压机油压-水压平衡配合,完成钢管水压试验测试任务。
The relationship between the pressure of master cylinder for exhaust head of MEER hydropress and the hydrostatic pressure of internal steel pipe of Seamless Tube Plant of Baotou Steel is established with HNC100 digital hydraulic axis controller combined with the NC programmable control. The oil pressure of master cylinder for exhaust head is ensured to be changed with hydraulic pressure of internal steel pipe based on certain proportion through coordination and synchrocontrol for proportional valve of pressure cylinder for hydropress and servo valve of master cylinder for exhaust head by HNC100 digital hydraulic axis controller. As a result,the oil pressure and hydraulic pressure for hydropress are balanced and coordinated to accomplish the hydraulic testing of steel pipe.
