摘要
ACS6000中压传动系统采用直接转距控制方式实现了同步电机的高精度转矩和速度控制;其主要优势在于功率元件采用的是IGCT、控制方式是DTC直接转矩控制及能量传输上采用共直流母线方式的特点。文章主要阐述了包钢无缝厂Φ460 mm生产线上的ACS6000中压传动系统构成、控制方式及实际应用。
The high precision torque and speed control of synchronous motor are realized by the direct torque control（ DTC） mode of ACS6000 medium- voltage transmission system. Its main advantages are that the power component is with IGCT,control mode is DTC and energy transmission is with common dc bus. In the paper,it is mainly elaborated the composition,control mode and practical applications of ACS6000 medium- voltage transmission system in Φ460 mm production line of Seamless Tube Plant of Baotou Steel.
