摘要
在数据统计的基础上,分析了我国兽药生产领域人力资源现状,阐述了兽药职业技能鉴定的基本概念和体系建设情况,探讨了兽药职业技能鉴定的发展模式及其对行业发展和在人力资源管理中的功能作用。
Based on the data statistics,this paper analyzed the situation of veterinary drug production human resources,explained the essential concepts and system construction of veterinary drug occupational skill testing,and further explored the development patterns,in addition to analyzed the effect of veterinary drug occupational skill testing on industry development and the role for human resources management.
