摘要
针对2015年环境保护部发布的《再生铜、铝、铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》中关于单位产品基准排气量的规定,比较和分析了几种典型的再生铜冶炼炉基准排气量。结果表明:当处理高品位废杂铜时,基准排气量从大到小排序为固定式阳极炉、精炼摇炉、NGL炉;当采用顶吹转炉处理低品位废杂铜时,基准排气量大幅增加;而固定式阳极炉已不能适应当前日益严格的环保要求。
According to regulations on benchmark displacement per unit product of Emission Standards of Pollutants for Secondary Copper, Aluminum, Lead and Zinc Industry issued by environmental protection department in 2015, the paper compares and analyzes several typical benchmark displacement of secondary copper smelting furnace. The result shows that when high-grade scrap copper is processed, the sequence of benchmark displacement from large to small is fixed anode furnace, refining rocking furnace and NGL furnace; when top-blown converter is adopted to process low-grade scrap copper, benchmark displacement will be increased greatly; and fixed anode furnace cannot meet the strict requirement of environmental protection at present.
