摘要
焦化装置掺炼脱油沥青后,运行苛刻度明显增加,通过采取掺炼催化油浆和提高循环比等相应的措施,有效解决了装置运行稳定性问题。实际应用结果表明:焦化装置掺炼脱油沥青有利于改善全厂产品分布,提高汽柴油产量,减少低价值的石油焦产品,而且每年可增加效益1亿元以上,经济效益显著。
The operating severity of coking unit is increased obviously after blending deoiled asphalt. The problem of operation sta- bility of the unit is effectively solved by adopting the corresponding measures, such as blending catalytic slurry oil and improving the cycle ratio. The actual application results show that blending deoiled asphalt is conductive to the product distribution for whole plant, and can enhance gasoline and diesel yield, reduce the low value of petroleum coke products. In addition, it has remarkable economical benefit, which can generate more than 100 million Yuan RMB benefit annually.
