摘要
为了揭示抛光磨头工作状态下的振动机理,以新型抛光磨头内部的两齿差外啮合双联行星传动系统为研究对象,分析了其结构特点及行星轮装配条件,利用Solid Works软件进行了系统结构的三维建模,运用Simulaition模块通过有限元法对该传动系统进行模态分析,得到了系统的固有频率及相应振型,分析结果为研究两齿差外啮合双联行星传动在抛光磨头中的自由振动、动态响应和振动抑制提供了有益的参考。
In order to reveal the vibration mechanism under the working state of the polishing grinding head,the two teeth difference external compound planet gear transmission system for the new polishing grinding head is studied.The structure characteristics and the planet wheel assembly condition are analyzed,and the 3D model of the system structure is built up by using Solid Works software.The Simulation module is utilized for modal analysis of the transmission system by using finite element method.The natural frequency and corresponding vibration mode are obtained.The analysis results provided a useful reference for the study of free vibration,dynamic response and vibration suppression in polishing grinding of the two teeth difference external compound planet gear transmission system.
