摘要
考虑干摩擦的情况,利用弹性力学理论分析了齿轮齿条接触面及齿面下的剪切应力分布特点。结果表明,当摩擦因数增大到一定值时,最大剪切应力出现在齿轮齿条接触表面上,而且,最大剪切应力发生在齿轮单齿啮合区的下界点处。
In the case of dry friction,the stress value and distribution on and under contact surface of gear and rack are analyzed in terms of elasticity theory,the results show that the maximum shear stress moves to the tooth surface with the increase of friction factor,and the maximum shear stress mostly occurs on the nether boundary point of single tooth mesh area of the gear.
