摘要
基于大型起重机减速器中一典型部件为对象,建立三维公差模型。通过敏感度数值分析,可了解三维尺寸链中影响装配要求的关键尺寸和非关键尺寸,合理分配各零部件的公差,为零部件的工艺优化提供依据,以实现最少严控公差的零部件数量。
Based on a typical component in the large crane reducer as the object,a three-dimensional tolerance model is established.Through sensitivity numeric analysis,the critical and non-critical dimensions influencing the assembly requirements can be found out,the reasonable distribution of each component tolerances can be achieved,which lays a basis for the optimization of components accuracy design.
