采煤机行星减速器太阳轮的受力及疲劳寿命分析 被引量:11

摘要 根据采煤机滚筒的截煤特点,分析了滚筒的受力情况,并得到行星减速器太阳轮的转矩、瞬时转速、切向力的力学模型。利用MATLAB软件对太阳轮中所推导的数学模型进行仿真,得到随着截齿位置角的变化太阳轮的转矩、瞬时转速、切向力的变化图像。最后,通过实验得到不同载荷下的损伤值,并基于对Miner’s线性累积损伤的应用,对太阳轮进行寿命分析,得到结论,为今后采煤机小体积、大功率的优化设计提供可靠的理论依据。 According to the characteristics of coal cutting drum of shearer,the stress of drum is analyzed,the mechanical model of planetary reduction gear solar wheel' s torque,instantaneous rotational speed and tangential force are obtained.By using the MATLAB software,the simulation of the derived mathematical model in sun wheel is carried out,with the pick position angle changes,the variation images of the solar wheel's torque,instantaneous rotational speed and tangential force are obtained.Finally,the damage value under different loads is obtained by experiment,and based on the application of the Miner's linear cumulative damage,the life of sun wheel is analyzed,it reaches a conclusion.For further optimal design of small size,high power of shearer provide a reliable theoretical basis.
