摘要
针对多楔带传动系统运行过程中出现的带速损失问题,建立两相同带轮尺寸多楔带传动带速损失实验台架,通过实验方法对多楔带系统带速损失进行研究,最终得到系统负载转矩、输入转速、传动带预紧力、带轮直径及传动带长度等参数对带速损失的影响。分析结果表明,增加系统负载转矩,降低输入转速、传动带预紧力、带轮直径及传动带长度,多楔带传动带速损失将呈现增加趋势;通过对多楔带传动系统关键参数进行实验研究,得到相关参数对系统带速损失的影响,为后续多楔带传动系统优化设计提供一定参考。
Aiming at the problems of velocity loss of multi-wedge belt drive system in the process of operation,the multi-wedge belt drive speed loss test bench of two same size pulleys is established,the influences of the load torque,input speed,belt pre-tension,pulley diameter and belt length on belt velocity loss are obtained by using the multi-wedge belt drive test bench.The results show that increase the system load torque,reduce the input speed,belt pre-tension,pulley diameter and belt length,the multi-wedge belt drive velocity loss will be increased.The experimental study is conducted based on the multi-wedge belt drive system of key parameters,the influence of relevant parameters on system velocity loss is got,it can provide a certain reference for optimization design of the follow-up multi-wedge belt drive system.
