摘要
针对斗轮取料机大型回转齿圈轮齿的折断事故,使用COSMOS有限元分析方法科学分析了失效的具体情况。利用激光堆焊技术修复了折断的轮齿。修复结果显示,激光再制造技术的应用在大型起重运输机械零件修复工程中意义重大,它不仅可以保证修复零件的安全可靠性,也大大降低了企业的生产运行成本,提高了生产效率。
For the case of the gear tooth broken,which belongs to the bucket wheel reclaimer,by using COSMOS finite element analysis method,the details of the failure is scientifically analyzed.The broken tooth is repaired by using the laser overlaying welding technology.The results of repair show that the application of laser remanufacturing technology in the parts restoration works of hoisting and conveying machinery is of great significance in engineering,it can not only ensure the safety and reliability of the repaired parts,but also greatly reduces the enterprise production operation cost and improves the production efficiency.
