摘要
目的调查9所医院低温等离子灭菌效果质量,对生物监测阳性结果进行原因分析,提出有效防范措施。方法用电话沟通法收集3所三级甲等医院和6所二级甲等医院低温等离子机器购买运行开始到2014年6月为止运行状况,收集资料包括:机器品牌、运行总次数、生物监测方法、生物监测阳性率、灭菌物品发放方式、生物监测阳性原因分析及防范措施。结果 3所三级甲等医院共有4台进口低温等离子机器和1台国产机低温等离子机器,6所二级甲等医院全是国产低温等离子机器;进口低温等离子机器4台共灭菌运行7 803锅次,未出现生物监测阳性事件,生物监测阳性率为0;国产低温等离子机器有7台3种品牌,灭菌总运行3 347锅次,共出现15次生物监测阳性事件,平均阳性率为0.45%,存在感染安全隐患。结论国产等离子灭菌器因经济实惠成为基层医院的首选,基层医院可以通过加强对消毒员知识技能培训、规范操作、消除影响灭菌因素、实施每锅生物监测、并确保灭菌物品生物监测阴性后发放,才能有效杜绝安全隐患。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect and quality of the low‐temperature plasma sterilization in 9 hospitals and analyze the causes of the positive biological surveillance so as to put forward effective prevention measures . METHODS The information of running state of the low‐temperature plasma sterilizers was collected from 3 tertiary level hospital and 6 secondary level hospitals by phone call communication from their purchases to Jun 2014 ,and the collected data included the brand of sterilizers ,total number of times of operation ,biological monitoring meth‐od ,positive rate of biological monitoring ,delivering way of sterilized items ,causes of positive biological monito‐ring ,and prevention measures .RESULTS Totally 4 imported plasma sterilizers and 1 domestic plasma sterilizer were investigated in the 3 tertiary level hospitals ,and all of the rest were the domestic plasma sterilizers in the 6 secondary level hospitals .Totally 7 803 pot‐times of sterilization were performed by the 4 imported plasma steri‐lizers ,and the event of positive biological monitoring was not found ,with the positive rate of biological monitoring 0 .Totally 3 347 pot‐times of sterilization were performed by 7 domestic plasma sterilizers ,covering 3 brands ,and 15 times of positive biological monitoring events were found ,with the average positive rate 0 .45% ,implying the risk of iatrogenic infection .CONCLUSION The grass‐roots hospitals prefer the domestic plasma sterilizers because they are economical and practical and should strengthen the training of knowledge and skills of disinfection staff and standard operation ,eradicate the influencing factors for sterilization ,implement the biological monitoring of every pot ,and ensure the delivery of the sterilized items under the negative biological monitoring so as to effective‐ly guarantee the safety .
