城市规划设计中对水环境因素的思考

在进行城市规划设计时，只有对水环境因素进行合理的规划，才能使水环境因素在科学理念的引导下，有效提升城市整体实力，加强城市规划对城市居民的影响力度。通过分析我国城市规划设计与水环境因素中主要存在的问题，如：盲目拔高城市的发展定位、缺乏城市发展的权威性和严肃性、缺乏城市发展的规划体系，等等，提出在城市规划设计中，应考虑水环境因素与人性化原则、水环境因素与城市环境保护原则、水环境因素与生态化原则。
