建设名师工作室是中职教育中培养学生职业实践能力的有效途径，即通过项目教学，模拟企业真实工作环境，在教师带领下，通过组建学生技能实训团队，提升学生综合职业能力。以鸡西职教中心计算机应用专业名师工作室为例，讨论了工作室的运行设计、环境搭建等问题，并对其运营成果进行了研究与反思。

vocational education very emphasize the development of students＇ occupation practice ability, construction of teachers studio is a effective way to cultivate the enterprise,namely the simulation of real working environment through project teaching in teachers,through the formation of students＇ skill training team,to improve the students＇ comprehensive occupation ability.This paper takes Jixi vocational education center of computer application speciality teaching studio as a case,discusses the operation design,studio of the built environment and other issues,and the operation results of research and reflection.
