摘要
具身认知作为第二代认知科学的重要特征,强调以身体为解释核心,目前已成为继客观主义和建构主义之后,认知科学和心理学研究的前沿研究。来自具身认知实证研究的证据表明,身体的运动态度与经验、现实环境等在一定程度上影响运动技能认知的形成与发展。研究指出:在具身认知理论指导下,高校体育教学应在优化高校体育教学内容,创造宽松、和谐的教学环境,培养学生对运动的积极情感等方面,进行相关教学实践改革。
The theory of embodiment as the important characteristics of the second generation cognitive science, emphasizing on the body to explain the core, has become following the objectivism and constructivism in cognitive science and psychology research at the forefront of research. From empirical evidence and cognition, the movement of the body attitude and experience, realistic environment to a certain extent, affect the formation and development of sports skill cognitive. Research indicates that: in the body under the guidance of cognitive theory, in the optimization of college PE teaching in colleges and universities sports teaching content, the creation loose, harmonious teaching environment, cultivating students' positive feelings for the sport related teaching practice reform.
