湛江市生态宜居城市建设的现状及对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Ecological Livable Urban Construction of Zhanjiang

解析生态宜居城市的概念以及湛江市建设生态宜居城市的必要性。结合湛江市特殊的地理位置、优越的自然条件、绿色环保的产业体系等实际情况，分析湛江市生态宜居城市建设的优势，指出当前建设湛江生态宜居城市存在的主要问题，提出建设湛江生态宜居城市的策略：加大村镇地区的资金投入，促进投资主体多元化，系统、合理制定并完善城市生态规划，逐步完善考核、预警、监测系统。

Ecological livable urban construction is an important part of the engineering of ecological civilization construction.The paper has analyzed the concept of ecological livable city,and the necessity of the construction of Zhanjiang;in combination of the practical situation of special location,the superior natural conditions,and the green industrial system,the advantage of ecological livable urban construction of Zhanjiang is analyzed;the measures that the government has taken and the recent achievements the measure has brought are summarized;the main problem of the ecological livable urban construction of Zhanjiang is pointed out;the strategies of the construction are brought forward,such as investing more funds and diversifying the invest subject,formulating and consummating the urban ecological plan,and gradually perfecting the system of the evaluation,early warning, and supervision.
