分析中药制剂不良反应的特点及影响因素

Characteristics and influencing factors of adverse reactions of TCM medicine

目的:了解中药制剂不良反应发生的特点并分析其影响因素。方法:选择2013年10月-2014年10月本院的386例制剂不良反应报告作为研究对象,分析不良反应损害的器官或系统与其临床表现,不良反应发生的时间、给药途径、给药类型与其涉及的中药制剂,并做好记录。结果:中药制剂不良反应以损害皮肤系统为主,有141例,占全部的36.52%;不良反应发生时间以第1d为主,有236例,占全部的61.14%;给药途径类型中以注射给药为主,有241例,占全部的62.44%。结论:在临床上应合理用药,加强检测中药制剂不良反应,减少不良反应的发生,保证患者的用药安全。

Objective： To comprehend characteristics of adverse reactions of TCM medicine and analyze the influencing factors. Methods： 386 cases of adverse reactions of TCM preparation from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected as research objects; the organ or system which damaged by adverse reactions and the clinical manifestations were analyzed; Time of occurrence of adverse reactions, administration route, type of administration and relevant TCM medicine were recorded. Results： That skin system was damaged were 141 cases, accounting for 36.52%. That time of occurrence of adverse reactions was first day mainly were 236 cases, accounting for 61.14%. The main type of administration route was injection were 241 cases, accounting for 62.44%. Conclusion： In clinical practice, rational application of drugs is needed; detection of adverse reactions of TCM preparation should be strengthened, so as to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and ensure the safety of the patient.
