Clinical application of the Jiangnan Cai's classic recipe——the Sifang Jiazhu decoction

目的:将几个经方有机的辨证配伍,应用于临床。方法:葛根汤、麻黄附子细辛汤、大(小)柴胡汤和桂枝茯苓丸四个方合用,加白术。结果:"四方加术汤"验之临床,疗效颇佳,治好了很多西医和时方医治不好的疾病。结论:"四方加术汤"牢牢抓住了解表通里的理论精髓,用葛根汤来解表,用大柴胡来清里,针对现代社会各类疾病的病因病机,溯本求源,异病同治,故而能取得令人意想不到的独特疗效。

Objective： Several classic recipes are dialectically applied in clinic. Methods： The Gegen decoction, the Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction, the Chaihu decoction and Guizhi Fuling Wan were applied together, and Baizhu was added. Results： The Sifang Jiazhu decoction was effective on a lot of diseases which could not be healed by western medicine and general prescription. Conclusion： According to the pathogenesis of various diseases in modern society, tracing the source, the Sifang Jiazhu decoction can achieve surprisingly unique effects.
