针刺阿是穴治疗髂腰韧带损伤的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating iliolumbar ligament injury by acupuncture

目的:探讨针刺阿是穴治疗髂腰韧带损伤的临床效果。目的:收集武汉市中医医院髂腰韧带损伤患者60例,治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组采用针刺阿是穴治疗,1次/d,5d为1个疗程;对照组口服芬必得布洛芬缓释胶囊,1粒/次,2次/d,5d为1个疗程。分别在治疗1次和1个疗程后观察比较两组的临床症状积分和疗效。结果:两组治疗前疼痛和转侧评分无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1次后,治疗组疼痛和转侧评分明显优于对照组,且有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时治疗1个疗程后,治疗组疗效优于对照组,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺阿是穴作为治疗髂腰韧带损伤的理想方法之一,值得今后进一步研究。

Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of acupuncture on iliolumbar ligament injury. Methods： 60 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases for each group. The treatment group took acupuncture, 1 time per day, for 5 days. The control group took Fenbid ibuprofen, 2 times per day, for 5 days. Results： In 1 time, pain and rotation scores was obviously better than that in the treatment group. In 1 course, the efficacy was better than that in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture as the ideal method of treating iliolumbar ligament injury, is worthy of promotion.
