摘要
目的:观察参麦注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者的影响。方法:121例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分成两组,两组均给予常规治疗,观察组加用参麦注射液,观察临床疗效,记录治疗前后心功能和Hs-CRP的变化。结果:观察组总有效率(93.4%)明显高于对照组(71.7%)(P<0.05);观察组Hs-CRP、LVEDd和LVEF较对照组改善明显,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液能改善心衰患者的内分泌功能,抑制促炎因子的水平,改善心肌重塑。
Objective： To observe effects of the Shenmai injection on CHF. Methods： 121 cases were randomly divided into two groups; two groups were given conventional treatment. The observation group were treated with the Shenmai injection more. Clinical efficacy were observed; before and after treatment, the change of heart function and Hs-CRP were recorded. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group （93.4%） was significantly higher than 71.7% in the control group （P〈0.05）; the Hs-CRP, LVEDd and LVEF in the observation group were significantly improved; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating CHF with the Shenmai injection can improve the endocrine function, inhibit the level of proinflammatory factors, and improve cardiac remodeling.
