银丹心脑通胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating coronary disease and angina pectoris with the Yindan Xinnaotong capsules

目的:探讨银丹心脑通联合西医疗法对冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效影响。方法:选择128例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(65例)和对照组(63例),对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者给予银丹心脑通联合西药治疗,疗程均为8周,对两组患者心绞痛症状疗效和心电图疗效进行判定。结果:观察组患者心绞痛症状总有效率92.31%(60例)高于对照组79.37%(50例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者心电图治疗总有效率89.23%(58例)高于对照组74.60%(47例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银丹心脑通胶囊联合西医疗法可有效改善冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状和心电图表现,治疗效果显著。

Objective： To discuss effects of the Yindan Xinnaotong capsules plus western medicine on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods： 128 cases were divided into the observation group （65 cases） and the control group （63 cases）.The control group were treated with routine western medicine; the observation group were treated with the Yindan Xinnaotong capsules plus western medicine, for 8 weeks. Curative effects of angina and ECG efficacy in two groups were determined. Results： The total efficiency of angina （60 cases, 92.31%） in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （50 cases, 79.37%）; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency of ECG in the observation group （58 cases, 89.23%）was higher than that in the control group （47 cases, 74.60%）; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with the Yindan Xinnao Tong capsules plus western medicine can receive good effects in clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram manifestations.
