疏血通注射液治疗糖尿病患者下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的有效性

Treating diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans with the Shuxuetong injection

目的:讨论应用疏血通注射液对糖尿病患者下肢动脉硬化闭塞症进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院2012年1月-2014年6月收治的80例糖尿病并发下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者,随机将其分成观察组与对照组,其中对照组选择前列地尔注射液进行治疗,而观察组则选择疏血通注射液进行治疗。结果:对照组患者的治疗总有效率为65.0%,而观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.5%。结论:对糖尿病并发下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者应用疏血通注射液治疗具有显著的临床效果。

Objective： To discuss clinical efficacy of the Shuxuetong injection on diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods： 80 cases of diabetes with lower limb arteriosclerosis were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2014, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were treated with the Alprostadil injection; and the observation group were received the Shuxuetong injection. Results： The total efficiency was 65.0% in the control group, and 92.5% in the observation group. Conclusion： Treating diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans with the Shuxuetong injection shows a good effect.
