不安腿综合征中医辨证治疗临床观察

Clinical observation on treating restless legs syndrome in TCM differentiation

目的:探讨黄芪建中汤治疗不安腿综合征的临床效果。方法:选取我院2010年1月-2013年9月36例不安腿综合征病患者,按照数字抽取法分为研究组与对照组。结果:研究组总有效率(94.0%)明显高于对照组(61.0%),差异有统计学意义;研究组复发率(17.6%)明显低于对照组(81.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤治疗不安腿综合征具有良好效果。

Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on RLS. Methods： From January 2010 to September 2013, 36 cases were divided into the research group and the control group. Results： The total efficiency was 94.0% in the research group, significantly higher than 61.0% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference. Recurrence efficiency was 17.6% in the research group, lower than 81.8% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating RLS with the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction could come with a good effect.
