温阳止泻汤治疗泄泻疗效观察

Effective observation on treating diarrhea with the Wenyang Zhixie decoction

目的:观察温阳止泻汤治疗慢性泄泻的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2012年1月-2014年8月收治的84例脾肾阳虚型慢性泄泻患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用西医疗法治疗,观察组口服温阳止泻汤治疗,均治疗4周后比较其临床疗效。结果:观察组临床痊愈10例,显效12例,有效17例,无效3例,治疗总有效率为92.86%;对照组临床痊愈7例,显效12例,有效12例,无效11例,治疗总有效率为73.81%,观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用温阳止泻汤治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性泄泻可有效缓解患者的临床症状,疗效显著,具有推广应用价值。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Wenyang Zhixie decoction on diarrhea. Methods： From January 2012 to August 2014, 84 cases of chronic diarrhea of Pi and Shen Yangxu symptom were randomly divided into the control group and the observed group, 42 cases for each. The control group was given the western medicine; and the observed group was given the Wenyang Zhixie decoction. In 4 weeks, the clinical efficiency in two groups were compared. Results： In the observed group, 10 cases were cured, 12 cases markedly effective, effective in 17 cases, invalid in 3 cases; the total efficiency was 92.86%. In the control group, 7 cases were cured, 12 cases markedly effective, effective in 12 cases, invalid in 11 cases; the total efficiency was 73.81%. The clinical efficiency in the observed group was better than that in the control group; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Wenyang Zhixie decoction on chronic diarrhea of Pi and Shen Yangxu symptom shows a significant effect, could effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, and was worthy of promotion.
