摘要
攻克肿瘤最有潜力的方法是基因治疗,目前研究最多的是以聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)及其衍生物为病毒载体的非病毒基因疗法。虽然聚乙烯亚胺越来越多地应用于非病毒基因递送系统,但它仍存在不足之处,需作出进一步的研究和改进,主要可从以下方面来进行改进:筛选合适的PEI,连接屏蔽基团,连接靶向配体,引入核定位信号和拟病毒颗粒模式等。本文主要介绍一些新的研究策略及改进措施。
The most promising treatment for cancer was gene therapy. In recent years, the non-viral gene therapy which PEI and its derivatives were selected as viral vector were researched widely. Although poly ethylene imine was increasingly used in non-viral gene delivery systems, it still obtain shortcomings, need to make further research and improvement, mainly from the following aspects: screening suitable PEI, connecting to the shield group, linking to a targeting ligand, and introducing nuclear localization signal and virus particles mode. In this article, some new research strategies and improvement measures were introduced.
