益气活血汤联合雷公藤多苷治疗糖尿病肾病40例临床研究

Clinical research on treating 40 cases of diabetic nephropathy with the Yiqi Huoxue decoction plus tripterygium glycosides

目的:观察益气活血汤联合雷公藤多苷治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法:将2008年6月-2013年5月期间在山东中医药大学附属医院治疗的80例DN患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组均常规用胰岛素治疗或口服降糖药控制血糖,对照组在此基础上加用雷公藤多苷片;观察组在对照组的给药基础上口服益气活血汤煎剂。观察两组治疗前后24h尿白蛋白定量(UAER)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血浆白蛋白(Alb)、总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三脂(TG)水平的变化情况,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为77.5%,优于对照组的55.0%(x2=4.528,P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的UAER、Alb、TG及TC水平与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组UAER、Alb、TG及TC水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血汤联合雷公藤多苷能明显减轻糖尿病肾病的临床症状,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of tripterygium glycosides on DN. Methods： From June 2008 to May 2013, 80 cases of DN in the Shandong TCM University Affiliated Hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observed group, 40 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment; the control group was given the GTW pills more; and the observed group was given the GTW pills and the Yiqi Huoxue decoction. Before and after the treatment, the changes of 24h UAER, Scr, BUN, Alb, TC and TG in two groups were observed and compared. Results： After the treatment, the total efficency in the observed group was 77.5%, better than that in the control group （55.0%） （x2=4.528,P〈0.05）; compared with before, the differences of UAER, Alb, TG and TC levels in both groups showed statistically significant （P〈0.05）; and compared with the control group, UAER, Alb, TG and TC levels in the observed groups were better （P〈0.05）. Concluison： The Yiqi Huoxue decoction plus tripterygium glycosides on diabetic nephropathy could reduce symptoms and improve clinical efficacy, was worthy of promotion.
