电针华佗夹脊穴治疗小儿脑瘫肌痉挛疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating spastic cerebral palsy by acupuncturing the Huatuo Jiaji acupoint

目的:观察电针华佗夹脊穴配合现代物理康复疗法治疗小儿脑瘫肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法:对照组的患儿采用神经电刺激疗法(使用痉挛肌治疗仪)、水疗法、温热疗法等现代物理康复疗法和常规的功能训练,观察组患儿在对照组治疗方法的基础上配合电针华佗夹脊穴的方法。结果:治疗过程中观察组脱落2例,两组患儿治疗前、治疗后3个月的肌痉挛程度评分比较,显示观察组治疗后平均评分明显高于对照组,差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。GMFM量表总评分方面,观察组与对照组疗效比较有明显差异(x2=4.56,P<0.05)。结论:电针华佗夹脊穴在治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫中疗效显著,可促进患儿脑代谢,并能改善四肢神经营养供应,促进肌张力的恢复,且针灸华佗夹脊穴经济、有效,适合临床推广。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupuncturing the Huatuo Jiaji acupoint plus modern physical rehabilitation therapy on spastic cerebral palsy. Methods： Patients in the control group were treated with electrical nerve stimulation therapy （with spastic muscle therapy instrument）, hydrotherapy, thermotherapy and other modern physical rehabilitation therapy and the conventional functional training. The observation group received acupuncturing the Huatuo Jiaji acupoint more. Results： During the treatment, 2 patients did not complete the clinical trials. In 3 months, average muscle spasticity score in the observation group was much higher. The difference was statistically significant. GMFM scale total score in the observation group was statistically significant too （x2=4.56,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating spastic cerebral palsy by acupuncturing the Huatuo Jiaji acupoint showed a significant effect, could promote brain metabolism in children with spastic cerebral palsy, improve the limbs neurotrophic supply, and promote the recovery of muscle tension, was economical and effective, and worthy of promotion.
