温针结合穴位注射蛙鱼降钙素治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating lumbar spinal stenosis by acupuncture plus point injection

目的:观察温针结合穴位注射蛙鱼降钙素治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:以温针结合穴位注射蛙鱼降钙素治疗72例腰椎椎管狭窄症患者,观察疗效及疼痛程度。结果:治疗后患者VAS评分均有所降低,M-JOA均较治疗前显著降低。结论:温针结合穴位注射蛙鱼降钙素治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症具有较好的疗效,操作简单、安全,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus point injection on lumbai spinal stenosis. Methods： 72 cases received acupuncture plus point injection. Results： After treatment, the scores of VAS and M-JOA were all reduced. Conclusion： Treating lumbar spinal stenosis by acupuncture plus point injection can get good efficacy and is worthy of promotion.
